Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours before arrival.

The cancellation deadline is shown in the booking flow and on the confirmation page based on the arrival date.

After the free cancellation deadline has passed, the full amount may become due unless the apartment can be rented to another guest at short notice.

Goodwill arrangements may be possible in individual cases and are clarified directly with the operator.

Changes to dates or the number of guests are possible depending on availability and the current price. A change of apartment is arranged directly with the operator. A change request alone does not alter the existing booking; our confirmation is required.

When dates or the number of guests are changed, availability and the total price including final cleaning and applicable discounts are recalculated.

If a change is confirmed within the free cancellation period and the new total is lower, the confirmed difference is refunded to the original payment method. After the deadline, a refund is made only to the extent that the released service can be resold or we expressly agree a goodwill arrangement.
